While organization admins can manage teams across the entire organization, workspace admins can only manage teams in workspaces where they are an admin. Workspace admins and organization admins have the same abilities when managing teams. They can’t manage secret teams unless they are invited to the team as a team admin. Note: Organization admins can’t edit view-only projects or access invite-only projects. Figma will remove the widget from the approve list.Click next to the widget and select Remove widget.Members can still use public widgets in their personal space. That applies to any files within the organization space. Removing widgets from the approve list will prevent members from using the widget in an organization files. Figma will add the widget to the list of approved widgets. Paste the widget link in the field provided and click Add to confirm.Click to add a widget to the approve list.Select Resources at the top of the page, then select Approved widgets.Click Copy link in the Share section to add the widget URL to your clipboard.

Go to the widget listing that you want to approve.Members will need to contact an organization admin directly to add a widget to the approve list.

Note: There isn't currently a way for members to request an approved widget in Figma.
